Ordering from Clementine Flowers is Secure, Fast and Friendly.

Q. What are Clementine Flowers delivery days and time?
A. We deliver Monday Friday between 10.30am and 6.00pm and Saturday between 1.00pm and 4.00pm.

Q. What areas do Clementine Flowers deliver to and what is the cost?
A. Our professional floral couriers deliver to most suburbs in Perth with the utmost care. Please refer to the detailed list featured in our Delivery Section for locations and charges.

Q. What is the deadline for same-day delivery?
A. Orders must be placed by 11.00am to guarantee same day delivery. All orders to businesses will be delivered by close of business, given that correct details have been supplied.

Q. What happens if the recipient is not at home?
A. The gift will be left safely at the front or back door when deemed appropriate by our couriers. If this is not possible the gift will be re-delivered. Standard charges apply for re-delivery.

Q. What happens if the recipient is not at home and has security or lock up gates?
A. Firstly, Clementine Flowers would contact the recipient to inform them of a delivery and organise a time to suit both parties. ( Recipients contact phone number must be given with order). However if we are not made aware of the secured premises and our courier is unable to enter the gift will be re-delivered. Standard charges apply for re-delivery.

Q. What information do you need for a delivery to be made?
A. When placing an order the recipient details will be asked for. If delivery is to a business/school or commercial area please give appropriate business name, address and contact phone number. If the recipient is leaving before 5.00pm please specify in the special instructions section when entering the recipients details.

Q. Will my flowers look like the picture I have chosen?
A. The photographs featured are designed to give a general guide for style and colour. At all times we endeavour to create as close as possible the design you have selected. However blooms may vary according to seasons or our quality standards in which case a subsitution of equivalent quality and value may be necessary.
